Slow Flow (Mat only)

Nourish the body and mind with this thoughtfully paced yoga class. Each pose will be held for several rounds of breath, giving the body time to relax into the posture. Move slowly and meditatively to cultivate greater calm in the body and mind. Practice closes with a sweet. Modifications to scale postures will be offered, making this class suitable for all levels.
